IntelliHost Privacy Policy
IntelliHost, LLC (hereinafter, “INTELLIHOST”) would like to give you some details about how we treat the personal data you provide to us when interacting with us. Thus, this privacy policy applies to all persons who provide us or have provided us with personal data by any means, specifically where you see a reference to this policy, including on a form, website, mobile application, etc.
We have called this document “How we treat your data” because it is important to us that this information is as accessible as possible to you, but in case you prefer the more traditional names, this document is our company’s Privacy Policy.
The data that you decide to provide us with (in the past or in the future) through any of the means provided, you are freely providing, and you accept that this personal data will be subject to the corresponding processing in each case depending on the consent and the purpose for which you have provided it to us.
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April, General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter, “GDPR”), we must provide you with information regarding the processing of your data that we are going to carry out so that you have all the necessary information to give us your valid consent. What will we process your data for?
We use the personal data you provide us with in the different forms provided for this purpose to manage the products and services we offer at INTELLIHOST. These data allow us to maintain the relationship with users, as well as the management, administration, provision, and improvement of our services, and without them, we would not be able to provide services. So, if you do not want us to process your data, you will not be able to use our services.
If a contractual relationship exists, we will also send you information about our products and services. If you do not wish to receive any information about our services or at any time you wish to stop receiving it, please let us know by sending us an e-mail to the following address [email protected], or by post to INTELLIHOST’s registered office as indicated above.
In order to be able to offer you products and services according to your interests, improve your user experience, etc., we will create a “user profile” based on the information you provide to us. Based on this information, we may make automated decisions to improve the service we offer, to give you shopping recommendations or to send you commercial information related to your interests. You can always object to such automated processing in the corresponding section of your user profile.
Why do we use your personal data?
The legal basis for processing your data will depend on the role you play and the way you interact with us, whether you are a customer, a user of our services, a person providing services for a supplier or client, etc. In any of these cases:

To whom do we disclose your data?
We do not disclose your personal data to anyone. We will only disclose your personal data if we are obliged to do so by law or if you have previously given us your express permission to do so.
In order to provide our services, we need to work with companies that process your data on our behalf (hosting providers, email providers, etc.), as part of the provision of a service we have contracted with them, with whom we sign the corresponding data processor contracts and require them to comply with the regulations on personal data.
How long will we keep your data?
For each processing operation for which you have given us your consent, we will retain the data for as long as is necessary to ensure the provision of the service and to comply with our legal obligations.
The personal data provided will be retained for as long as you continue to maintain a relationship with us and continue to subscribe to our website; until you request to unsubscribe and delete the data; for a period of four (4) years from the last confirmation of interest; etc.).
The performance and product data you give us access to from third party platforms will continue to be collected until you request to cease collection by emailing [email protected]. Unsubscribing from the IntelliHost product will not automatically turn off the collection of data.
You may request cancellation of the Newsletter at any time you deem appropriate.
Once you have unsubscribed from the Newsletter, we will block your data and keep it only if we are required to do so by applicable law.
You can request cancellation of your account at any time.
How do we store your data?
In compliance with our obligation of confidentiality regarding the personal data collected, as well as our duty to safeguard them, we undertake to adopt the necessary security measures to prevent their modification, alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorized access, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.
At INTELLIHOST we recognize and take our responsibility to protect your personal data very seriously. That is why we maintain the security levels of personal data protection in accordance with the GDPR and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter, the “LOPDGDD” for its acronym in Spanish), and we have established all the technical means at our disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the data you have provided us with, without prejudice to informing you that security measures on the Internet are not 100% foolproof.
The security of your information also depends on you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password you use to access the Service. It is important that you do not share your password with anyone.

Processing limitation
In certain circumstances you may request that we restrict the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep it to comply with our legal obligations.
Portability
In case of application, you can receive, in electronic format, the personal data that you have provided us with.
Consent Withdrawal
You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing. If you request deletion of your data, we will stop processing your data but please note that we will no longer be able to provide you with services and that, in certain cases where we have the relevant legal basis, we will continue to process your information after you have withdrawn your consent and requested deletion of your information.

Modification of this personal data policy
INTELLIHOST reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to future legislative or case law developments, as well as to industry practices, by previously informing users through our website. We recommend that you consult this page from time to time to review the most recent version. At the top of this document we indicate the date of the last update.
The new privacy notice will be effective upon posting. If you do not agree to the revised notice, you may exercise any of your rights or stop using our service. If you continue to access or use our services after such changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the new privacy policy.
In no event will such changes affect any choices you have made about how INTELLIHOST may treat your personal information. If at any time we wish to use your information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify you by email, requesting your consent.
INTELLIHOST also reserves the right to terminate the services it provides to those users who do not comply with the legal terms and conditions of use, as well as with current legislation.
