How does the visibility guarantee work?
It comes with the Agent plan on quarterly billing. Every day we compare your listing with similar listings on Airbnb first-page search impressions — the same comparison shown in your Booking Funnel. If you are not ahead on at least 45 of the quarter’s 90 days, we refund that listing’s quarter automatically at the end of the period. You do not have to ask.
Are you guaranteeing I will earn more?
No. We guarantee visibility, because that is the part we can both measure honestly and the part our work moves directly. What you earn depends on your market, your listings and your settings. Any revenue figures elsewhere on this site are averages, not promises.
Which of my listings are covered?
It applies per listing, to listings on the Agent plan billed quarterly that qualify when you sign up and keep pricing sync switched on. Listings on Premium, or on Agent billed monthly or annually, are not covered. You will see which of your listings are covered before you pay, and a listing that is not covered is named rather than quietly left out.
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. 7 days of full access — no credit card. That includes dynamic pricing with auto-sync to your PMS, Listing Optimization (the revenue-gap diagnostic plus AI title and description rewrites), the AI agent, analytics, the booking funnel, and owner reports. After 7 days your account pauses until you pick a plan — there's no charge unless you subscribe.
What's the difference between Premium and Agent?
Premium gives you the insight: analytics, the booking funnel, Listing Optimization, predictive pricing, and owner reports — so you see exactly what to change. Agent does the work: it runs dynamic pricing and pushes it to your PMS, auto-applies listing and photo optimizations, sends proactive Slack and email alerts, and runs scheduled automations. You approve; it executes.
How does volume pricing work?
The more listings you run, the less you pay per listing — and it scales smoothly, not in steps. Premium starts at $19.99 a listing and is $10.82 at 25 listings, $8.31 at 50. Agent starts at $49.99 and is $25.77 at 25, $19.38 at 50. Whatever the slider shows is what you pay; you can subscribe yourself all the way to 99 listings. Past that we price to your portfolio — book a quick call and we'll lock your rate. Annual billing takes another 20% off.
Which PMS and pricing tools do you connect to?
PMS: Guesty, Hostaway, OwnerRez, Hospitable, Uplisting, Hostfully, and Lodgify. Dynamic pricing: PriceLabs and Wheelhouse — both bidirectional, so we read your calendar and push approved changes back. OTA data comes from Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com.
Does IntelliHost replace my dynamic pricing tool?
No — it sits on top of PriceLabs or Wheelhouse. We price each listing on its real OTA click demand, per date, then push the approved change through the tool you already use. You keep your setup; we make it sharper.
How is this different from PriceLabs or Key Data?
PriceLabs prices on market averages. IntelliHost prices on your specific listing's actual click traffic for each specific date — the real demand signal for that property. And you get the booking funnel and Listing Optimization in the same place, instead of paying for three separate tools.
