IntelliHost vs PriceLabs

Keep PriceLabs.
Give it better data to work with.

Most people land here expecting us to tell you to switch. We are not going to. IntelliHost runs on top of PriceLabs and feeds it the one signal it does not have: what guests are actually clicking on your listing, day by day.

The difference in one line

Market averages tell you what listings like yours are doing

That is a good signal, and it is why PriceLabs built the most configurable engine in the category. It is also a proxy. It cannot tell you that 41 people clicked your Park City cabin for the second weekend in March and nobody clicked your neighbour's.

PriceLabs prices on
What the market is doing

Comp sets, occupancy trends and seasonal demand across listings like yours. Accurate at the market level. Blind to your individual listing.

IntelliHost prices on
What guests are clicking

Real OTA click traffic to your listing, for each specific date, turned into a percent chance of booking. No one else uses OTA traffic data to price.

Side by side

What each one is doing for you

Not a scorecard. PriceLabs handles the left column well. The right column is what gets added when IntelliHost sits on top of it.

The honest part

Where PriceLabs is stronger than we are

If we skipped this section you would be right not to trust the one above it.

Rule customization

Min-stay rules, seasonal profiles, custom base-price logic. If you want to hand-tune every lever yourself, PriceLabs is better at it and it is not close.

Integration count

They connect to 150+ PMSes and channel managers. We connect to seven: Guesty, Hostaway, OwnerRez, Hospitable, Uplisting, Hostfully and Lodgify.

A longer trial

30 days with no card. Ours is 7 days on every listing you connect. Theirs gives you more time to sit with it.

A cheaper single line item

Their volume discount drops below our per-listing rate at scale. If pricing is genuinely all you want, they are the cheaper purchase.

Per listing we are not the cheaper line item

We are the cheaper stack. The things we include as standard, a listing diagnostic and market benchmarking, are separate purchases alongside a pricing engine. Count what you are actually buying, not what each invoice says at the top.

The option nobody offers you

Can I just replace PriceLabs entirely?

Yes, if you want to. IntelliHost prices on its own and pushes straight to your PMS, and plenty of customers run it that way.

Most do not, and we do not push for it. Keeping PriceLabs costs you nothing on our side, and you keep the rule set you already spent time building. The choice stays yours, and you can make it in six months instead of today.

Questions

The things people ask on the call

Does IntelliHost replace PriceLabs?

Only if you want it to. It is built to sit on top. Your data comes in, your approved price changes push back out, and your PriceLabs rules keep running exactly as they do now.

PriceLabs already shows me high and low demand days. How much better is this really?

PriceLabs uses market averages. We use your specific property's click traffic for each specific day. On a date where your listing took 41 clicks and nothing else in your comp set moved, a market average will not tell you to raise the price. Click traffic will.

What does IntelliHost do that PriceLabs does not?

The booking funnel. PriceLabs tells you what to charge. It does not tell you whether guests are seeing your listing, clicking it, or bouncing off it. Those are three different problems and they need three different fixes.

So I would be paying for both?

If you keep both, yes. That is why the comparison above prices the whole stack rather than one line item. A listing diagnostic and market benchmarking are separate purchases next to a pricing engine, and they are included with us.

Which PMSes do you work with?

Guesty, Hostaway, OwnerRez, Hospitable, Uplisting, Hostfully and Lodgify. Pricing pushes to PriceLabs and Wheelhouse, both bidirectional.

How long until I see something?

Pricing actions can fire same-day for upcoming dates. Listing changes show measurable click-rate impact in days rather than months, and Change Tracker logs the before and after for you automatically.

What if I do not want it pushing changes on its own?

The default is one-tap approval in Slack before anything pushes. You can tighten it to manual review on everything, or loosen it to auto-push within guardrails once you are comfortable.

Put the click data behind the engine you already run.

Connect your listings and see the funnel for yourself. Keep PriceLabs exactly where it is.
